Michael (Mike) Saini has been sought-after by some of the largest corporate firms in the country. Working for these multinational firms with high integrity and great professionalism, Mike specialized in accounting and tax for owner-managed businesses. He found that these larger, multinational practices were more concerned with meeting internal budgets and maximizing firm profits at the expense of providing effective business and tax advice to its smaller, cost-conscious clients. This made him eager to cultivate his own practice, one that would effectively intersect his expertise with his passion to assist entrepreneurs in their business ventures.

Michael (Mike) Saini, BBA, CPA
From articling at the large, multi-national accounting firms, to working at smaller, local firms, Mike announced the opening of his own practice in late 2016. Mike has worked on a variety of engagements. From complex Review engagements for local wineries, to Audits of municipalities and not-for-profit organizations, Mike has serviced clients large and small in the Okanagan area for over 15 years. Having moved to Kelowna in 2005 and graduating soon thereafter from UBC Okanagan/Okanagan College, Mike has hands-on experience with the growth of the local business community. His client focus is on business and personal tax planning, corporate accounting and tax compliance, and consulting for owner-managed businesses. He enjoys implementing accounting systems and controls for start-ups and newly incorporated businesses to ensure his clients can focus on what they know best - their business operations.

Kiran Rai, BBA, CPA
Kiran has joined our team as a Senior Accountant and brings with her over 15 years of experience working in various mid to large size firms. She specializes in providing accounting, tax, and business advisory services to small owner-managed businesses, private companies, and individuals. She has experience in diverse sectors including professional services, real estate, and technology and loves assisting her clients with tax planning strategies. Prior to obtaining her professional designation in 2011, Kiran completed her Bachelors in Business Administration and Diploma in Accounting from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.

Jessica is a graduate of the UBC Okanagan business program, with a major in accounting. She is very detailed oriented, eager to learn, and a great fit with our team. We hope to assist Jessica with her future studies in effort to become a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Rosaly is a Certified Bookkeeping and has managed her own bookkeeping business and client’s for over six years. Furthering her knowledge and desires, Rosaly received her QBO ProAdvisor Certificate. We are extremely pleased to have Rosaly assist many of our clients with their day-to-day bookkeeping matters as a third-party contractor.
